Aron Smukler is a determined litigator who adamantly pursues justice at the workplace.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Aron has deep roots in the South Florida area. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minor in Economics, Aron enrolled into the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University where he earned a Juris Doctor. During his time in law school, Aron served as the President of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society and Director of Finance for the Environmental and Land Use Law Society.
Admitted to the Florida Bar in April of 2020, Aron is a passionate, ambitious, and zealous advocate for his clients. During his time with Saenz & Anderson, PLLC, Aron has gained valuable experience on cases regarding harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992 (FCRA), the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
