Brandon J. Gibson is an Of Counsel to Saenz & Anderson, PLLC. Mr. Gibson is a litigator with extensive experience in civil rights and employment law. His practice focuses on wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination and harassment. He has successfully litigated cases in Federal and State Courts in Florida and Illinois. Prior to joining Saenz & Anderson Mr. Gibson has worked for a major municipality and two private law firms.
Born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Mr. Gibson earned his Bachelor of Science degree and Masters of Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2000. After graduating from FAMU, Mr. Gibson worked in the purchasing organizations of two fortune five hundred companies prior to attending the Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2005. In law school, Mr. Gibson served as Vice-President of the Corporate Law Society, Academic Chair of the Black Law Student’s Association and a member of the BLSA Mock Trial Team.
Mr. Gibson is a member of the Florida Bar and Illinois Bar, as well as the Broward County Bar Association and the TJ Reddick Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Florida and Illinois Courts; the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida; the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida; and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.« Back to Attorneys Page
