I was fired and I think it was because of my age, but my state is an at-will work state. Do I have recourse?

Most states are at-will work states which means your employer can terminate you for any reason or no reason at all, but your employer can still not terminate you for a discriminatory reason. The Age and Employment Discrimination Act referred to as ADEA protects employees or job candidates who are forty or older. So if your employer terminated you because you’re forty or older, then you potentially have a discrimination claim.
