Saenz & Anderson, PLLC is dedicated to achieving justice in the workplace by preventing and solving problems at work. The main focus of our practice is representing victims of wage theft, wrongful termination and employment discirmination. When Saenz & Anderson, PLLC was formed in 2014, it consisted of merely the two name partners, R. Martin Saenz and Ilona Demenina Anderson, and their sole legal assistant. Since then, we have grown to a team of 9 lawyers (including Of Counsel attorneys) and 4 support staff. We have helped hundreds of employees favorably resolve their employment-related cases and have recovered millions of dollars on behalf of deserving clients.
