OUR FREE CASE EVALUATION PROCESS

We receive a large number of requests for representation in employment disputes and have created a simple and efficient process for evaluating potential cases. Once we gather enough information about the issues you experienced, we will do one of the following: (1) decline representation; (2) refer you to another attorney; or (3) schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys to discuss your potential case.

Our case evaluations are only for prospective clients seeking legal representation in cases involving unpaid wages; wrongful termination; and employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation. We do not give out free legal advice just because we offer a free case evaluation. If we are interested in taking your case on a contingency fee basis, you will be invited to schedule a free consultation with one of our attorneys.

If you are looking for services on matters that our free case evaluation does not cover – such as reviewing or preparing contracts, negotiating severance agreements, or obtaining advice on how to address a particular situation that arose at work, you will be invited to schedule a paid consultation.

Our firm is highly sought after for employment disputes because of our reputation for getting results and providing a positive client experience. Unfortunately, we cannot take every case that has merit, but we strongly recommend that you contact another attorney. In many cases, we will refer you to another attorney who we believe would be a better fit for your potential case.

Please be advised that any response to the Free Case Evaluation form does not constitute legal advice or form an attorney-client relationship. If we agree to represent you, we will send you an Attorney Fee Agreement for your signature.
