There are two types of sexual harassment, quid pro quo and hostile working environment. Quid pro quo sexual harassment happens when a supervisor demands sexual favors in exchange for a work benefit, and hostile working environment could involve any physical or verbal conduct that affects the terms and condition of one’s job.
