Why did you decide to become an attorney?

I decided to become an attorney because I’ve always had a very deeply rooted sense of justice and fairness and a strong desire to help others. I think attorneys are very uniquely positioned to be able to help people solve their personal problems, because ultimately for every client, every legal problem is a personal problem with personal consequences. I also enjoy the never ending learning and the intellectual stimulation that the practice of law provides. When deciding to become a lawyer, I anticipated that it would be very rewarding personally and professionally, and it certainly has been.

I decided to become an attorney because I have a great interest in making those people and individuals who are underrepresented in our system, be and have the best legal representation possible.
